Why doesn't Xbox Support's twitter provide support anymore?

Xbox's support twitter used to be a very helpful resource. Any issues that anyone would have they would get an instant reply, from the account billed as the most active in the world. I can't remember when but now they just don't provide support anymore,
I have run into numerous issues with my xbox, from certain games downloading in full from my content blocks disappearing for no reason. Normally a tweet at that account would put me in contact with someone willing to help, but now all my tweets at them are
just ignored, and if i'm lucky someone wholly unqualified to provide support calling themselves an xbox ambassador tells me to power cycle my xbox. This is truly shocking as to why microsoft made the executive decision to no longer provide support to their
players. No one is available to provide answers for any problems as there is no official support - sony seems to be able to maintain a support account so why is xbox not doing that anymore? it truly baffles me and i, as well as many others are disappointed

Contact then via Xbox support on twitter, as it's public they'll be quicker to help, also put the picture up there

 

EA Access question!

i actually hit Phil and Xbox support on twitter to ask the same question and Xbox Support responded by saying that EA Access uses automatic renewal and microsoft funds dont have that ability

 

They are still providing support through Twitter, but not as much. There were articles a couple of months ago (not officially from Microsoft though) that a lot of support team members were let go. Since then Twitter support has been a lot worse and forum
support has basically been non-existent. Phone/chat support would be the only way to definitely get in touch with official support.
