    why doesn't xbox acknowledge my email?


    Hi,

    I can't get my xbox to acknowledge my email and log me in. I've reset password so many times and still no progress. I've removed my gamer tag and can't reinstall. I can log onto Microsoft with ease on my laptop, but not on Xbox. What gives? what's the fix?
