Why doesn’t my xbox360 show browse games

Then why is the ad under games > browse games > on demand? With a screenshot of the game, not the show. And clicking it brings you to the game page, not the show.

I did the power cycle , that didn’t work then I reset my system but kept games and apps and still isn’t working properly it doesn’t show my points or ability to redeem idk why it’s acting up

Hello, thanks for the response. I’ve tried that but Diablo 4 doesn’t show up on the list. This is why I’m trying to see if there’s a way to get in contact with support, etc, because as it stands I’ve paid £100 for a game that crashes my Xbox and there doesn’t seem be any solution via the usual channels. No technical solutions, no refund options.

No it doesn’t show that but my brother owns it but it doesn’t work for him
