    My Xbox will not stay connected to the internet. I have been trying to download the same game for a week and it still hasn't finished. I have game pass ultimate and I can't play any games on the cloud.

    As the post states. There will eventually be an update sent out as a solution. It's not just you and there's nothing we can do on our sides... that I'm aware of.
