Why doesn’t my mic work on my wired controller?

This unfortunately might be a compatibility issue between all the different brands involved. Do you have the GameSir app installed on your console? This is where you can perform diagnostic tests, update the firmware, etc. I know PDP controllers require the PDP Hub app to be able to adjust the volume on a connected headset.

Hi Ryan lovely to share names! My controller is a Gamesir G7 se I’m not My headphones,krysenix PG2 (sorry for having to make you take time out of your day on New Year’s Eve to do this I just really want it fixed, happy new years and I hope you had a merry Christmas)

I really can’t say for sure and don’t want to make any false promises, but it’s possible that the mic won’t work on the controller

Does the controller app help in any way, and do you happen to have another headset to try on the same controller? What console are you on - Xbox One or Series X|S?

Gamesir Support say they reply within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays), so you should receive a response on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Edit: do you receive a specific error code/message? It’s likely that the issue is related to Microsoft/Xbox no longer officially supporting unauthorised accessories on consoles.

And I’m not even sure this is a gamesir controller anymore. The one I see online is a blue ver (blue rb and lb buttons but I have gray and it’s blue around the controller mover thingys idk but the things you use to move around. Around it there’s blue and I only have gray things yk what I’m talking about when u see the pic have a good year Edit: it’s been 3 days. They still haven’t responded what do I do??
