Why doesn’t my java code work when i put it in?

Thanks for your reply. Here is the problem: I open the Minecraft Launcher and I hit the Microsoft account Login is when start loading forever and it doesn’t do anything else, it doesn’t even let me to put my email and password. I checked my Microsoft store account and my xbox account and I’m using the same one. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times (minecraft launcher) I did the repair and reset also, I updated java, all the drives. I few days ago it was working well, I logged out to use my other son account and now it doesn’t work in this computer. I’m doing all over again the steps that you sent but so far the launcher stay loading forever.

Hi, Thanks I’ve tried this and it doesn’t do anything when I go through all the steps and put the code in

- tried on another console and it works fine on that one

-cleaned disc

-restarted console

I’d put it in again for the error code but every time I put it in I have to restart my Xbox because then my Xbox doesn’t read any disc after I’ve inserted fallout

That doesn’t work. I tried the code on the xbox first. I was then prompted with a message telling to check the instructions that came with the code, and that i may need to put it in on the website. The card that the code came with says to redeem it at
microsoft.com/redeem. So I tried that and was prompted with a message saying I need to put the code in on the Xbox. Its just a loop with the xbox telling me to put the code in on the site and the site telling me to put it in on the xbox. I checked to make
sure my account was in the correct region, and it is(U.S.)
