Why doesn't it show pictures of games?

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with game pictures.

• If you haven't already, would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Disconnect all external storage units from your console, and leave them like throughout this process.

- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.

- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.

- Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

• If the previous steps don't work, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions to help me better understand your problem:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

- Are you referring to the pictures for each game in your library, or to the ones on game listings from the Microsoft Store?

- Do you receive any error codes/messages when this happens?

I forgot to tell you, I don't have an account ban and everything is working.

I tried gamer-pics.com and it just shows me who is wearing the picture right now but it doesn't say the specific package or picture.

It probably does use data. My regular tv guide doesn't have the picture of the show on it. The one guide shows the cover of the show on it.

You mean why it doesn't show up on Games on Demand? Because it is not available on the service yet.



Why it doesn't show up in your games tab? Only installed games appear there. Install the game to the HDD to see it.
