Why doesn't it let me type in the Microsoft help agent textbox

Also, as an addition, you should be able to plug a keyboard in to type. I’m fairly sure ark has a chat and when the textbox is focussed, the keyboard should allow you to type quicker.

Thank you for the reply.

I've tried to contact live support on 3 separate days now. Each time I've ended up at the virtual agent, even when I click on 'request a call'. The virtual agent screen just says 'Hello', but doesn't allow me to type anything in. Other times it tells me it's having technical. I have found the virtual agent NEVER WORKS.

Please tell me what I can do Fatima. I'd love to talk to a human Microsoft representative, but the system doesn't give me any way to do that.

Hello Cr, could you give more details about your question, where are you trying to talk to a virtual agent?

What platform would you be using, console or PC?

Usually, the procedure to get your device repaired is automatic, and doesn't need to make use of agents t help you get it fixed, which is why they automatically want you to go to the "Devices" page. But, you can select some other option if "Hardware failure" isn't working, and then you can let the agent know of the issue, that would be an option.
