If you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, then the issue might be related to your network settings. Please ensure that your network settings are configured correctly and that your NAT type is set to Open. You can check your NAT type by going to the Network settings on your Xbox or PC.



If your NAT type is not set to Open, you may need to forward some ports on your router. You can find the list of ports that need to be forwarded on the Xbox support website.

Check Privacy Settings: Make sure your privacy settings allow communication from cross-platform

Disable Antivirus Software: Some antivirus software may block some features in Minecraft so that you can encounter connection issue.



If the issue persists, you can try reinstalling Minecraft Bedrock on your PC. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Bedrock, and select "Install".

If it's only Minecraft it means that it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that is for Xbox only, the license of Minecraft Bedrock for PC is a different license. This is why we're experiencing the issue, xTCN123x.
