    Why doesn't Forza Horizon 5 online work?


    I play Forza Horizon 5 and since the start of playing it I noticed that I do not have access to online events/creations. Free Roam online works just fine but I can't see other car's wrapping and cannot access the auction house or blueprint creations and that makes it pretty frustrating when I want to play online with my friends. Privacy settings are no help and online works just fine in other online games. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    I'm Wille, an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    You may not have completed enough of the tutorial. Try going through more gameplay and make sure the Festival Playlist unlocks as well.

    Go to https://account.xbox.com/Settings and ensure you haven't selected to block or restrict any privacy and online safety features.

    Verify your privacy settings set to "Everyone" for "You can see and upload community creations" and "See other people's Xbox Live profiles (Xbox 360: Profile Viewing)"?

    Double check the age setting for your account and make sure it's over 18 and not listed as a child account.

    Cant install Forza Horizon 5

    Forza Horizon 5 will not install on PC. Error code. Microsoft store doesn't work either. Xbox app, doesn't work. Tried all options given from "fix here" nothing works.

    Sorry, don't understand why my other son won't be able. His account is where the subscription is set up on. As I said it's the original xbox and first one.

    My son has been playing online no problems on forza horizon 4. But forza horizon 5 won't let him.

    He also plays rocket league and fifa 21 online no problem's.

    Need this sorted so it works without having to pay 2 live passes.
