    I've been a loyal customer to Xbox since 2010 and my reputation is flawless as far as the online community is concerned. I never do anything to warrant a account banning. But on the 3rd of December my account was banned by the "Enforcement Team," for reasons
    NO ONE can tell me! The only info I have been given is that my ban will be lifted on the 16th and to just wait it out. This is why so many Xbox lovers transfer to PlayStation, because Xbox thinks they can bully people and hand out false bans on accounts that
    we pay for. I don't know if this post will get any attention, but I'm not just going to "Wait it out" for something I did not do.

    Perhaps MS should learn to treat loyal customers the same, might lose them otherwise.

    The question should be: why wasn't this version the version that was released in the first place? The implication being that capcom treats its loyal fans/customers as beta testers. There's no justifcation for that.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Your reputation has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

    You do not get suspended/banned for "no reason.Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

    You were sent an email to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The rules are exactly the same over on PSN/PlayStation although you tend to get less chances before you are permanently banned on PSN.

    Just because you pay for xbox live doesn't make you exempt from the rules.
