Why does Xbox Support not reply at all??

I've been trying to sort out billing info, as the system won't accept my creditcard details, despite it taking payments from the same card for months now, all of a sudden it stopped working

I've been trying to contact customer support for almost 2 days now, with the estimated time to call me back being 2 minutes but it's been more than 24 hrs, I've heard Xbox support is great but this is really starting to annoy me, I just wanna play my game!

you should call your bank and ask them why your card is bouncing

Great guess thanks, but no! My account was suspended from a late payment. After jumping through afew hoops to get ahold of the Xbox support phone number, the issue was resolved immediately ✌️

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I would keep checking on the appeal status by going to your enforcement record here: Xbox Enforcement | Xbox.com

When you sign into your account, you should be able to view your status and check to see if you have a response. In terms of Xbox support, they don't have access to your enforcement history or record now. This is all done through the support site I have linked above.

sorry i dont think it was xbox then because when i tried to sign in it said your account was locked go to aka.ms/compliance
