Why does Xbox say I need to renew Game Pass?

Please take in mind that the game catalog included with Game Pass Core (previously called Xbox Live Gold) is smaller than the Game Pass Ultimate catalog.

Checking the list of games for that subscription, it appears that Dead By Daylight is not included, as you can verify for yourself at the following link:

On the left side of the website, in the "Memberships" section, select "Game Pass Core" to see only the list of games included with that subscription.

I tried everything, but nothing helped (with the regions too) Why do you need a game pass if you can't play games in it?!? Until the game pass appears in Steam, I will not renew it!

When I try to play the game, it tells me I need to renew my xbox game pass. I think there is a bug that is causing this error, which does not read if you own the game.

I have tried both and they don’t help.

When I go to subscriptions it says game pass and live gold are active and the next charge is next month.

Did you turn off auto renewal AFTER you purchased the 1$ Game Pass upgrade? If not, that is why this happened.
