    So I was com banned last week on Halo Wars for calling a Moderator [mod removed] For my use of profanity, I didn’t complain but the actions of the one that provoked my words? I said something. Fast forward to today, I was yet again playing. Although this time, someone called me an “Idiot” out of the blue. After more talk they called me on again, yet both times I reported it nothing happened? The dialogue shows clearly that I used no profanity, I just recently learned my lesson. So why does Xbox not act for the common gamer, but moves instantly for the ones that work for them?? (This is definitely not a first time thing, I’ve been on Xbox live over a decade) I understand we “can’t tell” when someone has had enforcement taken upon them, but that’s not true. When they’re still contacting me??? I can tell clearly…….

    Xbox ban, Unfair ban

    I just got troll by a player named I ORBITAL ME I after playing a match with him I think he was upset i beat him or something he first messaged me calling me garbage and that I have no skill I ignored him and went on with my day till he started joining
    my game session with my friend he started trolling us and caused us to fail a mission 4 times after I messaged him back becasue I was upset who wouldn't be after getting trolled so I messaged him he said because I used the work f!%k he said I was going to
    get com banned 4 seconds later I was com banned for a day its just a day but still this guy is trolling then getting players com banned to they cant play with their friends that isn't cool it's wrong he gets to abuse players then use Xbox's broken enforcement
    system to troll them even more all I know is I was trolled and I cant do anything about it why is Xbox's banning players like me who were trolled and why are they protecting a troll you know he does this all the time considering how fast I was com banned he
    even made fun of me before my ban happened saying enjoy that ban am i going to get any justice? or is this guy free?

    Just curious.

    Is that why it says "reason for action" clearly says it and my past 4 other communications banned gave me a reason and showed me the message what got me a coms banned I just said that. It doesnt matter clearly you're not understanding what I'm trying to say.

    Can't send messages,not suspended.

    I also had someone who claimed to be a Xbox live Ambassador tell me I was to be banned for being disruptive and reported me with a "special program"

    He then went on to verbally abuse me and use extreme profanity.

    He also stated how he served in Iraq and killed many Muslims,that is one deeply disturbed Ambassador huh.

    Why I am posting this is my messaging suspiciously stopped working some time after that terrible incident and I wonder if it related.

    Hello there. When you signed up to xbox live you agreed to the xbox live terms of use. Just because someone sends you messages containing profanity does not allow you to respond with profanity. The only thing you can do now is report the other persons
    messages and wait until your enforcement action subsides.

    Ive got not problem with xbox having a fair system to weed out profanity and harrassment but i just think they are going to far when they start dishing out punishments to people for basiclly just typing a letter thats can be implied as being profanity,
    honeslty whats next just using the lettter f results in a coms ban?
