    Why does xbox like shafting people


    I get home from a long days work and i turn on my console to see an update for the game i play. It installs then gets stuck at 1.2% finishing things up. I wait about 20 minutes for nothing to happen and try pausing and unpausing it. Nothing. I try restarting. Nothing. Then my xbox crashes and my game doesnt need an update. I thought “thats weird” go to launsh the game and it has been UNINSTALLED. A 150 gb game just gone because of your faulty console. Im not wanting an apology I'm just wanting an exlanation on to why this has even happened.

    Crap. Why does xbox get pushed to have the last update, we actually pay to play online in addition to our internet. Unlike the other 2 platforms.

    I have seen loads of people complaining of same issue but no one from xbox seems to be replying with an answer as to why, maybe time for console switch as sick of these updates that shaft everything up
