Why does xbox immediately suspend an account without any actual reason?

I am so sorry you are having issue with a suspension.

Unfortunately, this is a community forum. We are not Microsoft and we cannot tell you why they have done this. The system can be rather strict I'd agree.

The only way to refute a ban is on the enforcements page here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]

If you have already attempt to refute the ban and failed then the best thing to do is just wait as there will be no other outcome. I am sorry.

If you would like to provide feedback to Xbox directly about this issue, I would not recommend coming here as this is more for help and Community engagement. We can't make much change to the overall system. However, you can report a problem for the Xbox Report a Problem app or go to the Xbox button and hold it, then click the 'Report a problem' to further escalate the issue.

My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason. Why would your account be suspended for asking for a refund for digital games?

There is nowhere in the terms and conditions of sale that they say your account may be suspended for asking for a refund on digital games.

You were not suspended for asking for a refund for a digital game.

If you contact the right people they will tell you the reason you were actually suspended but you are probably already aware of why that was.

Hi, unfortunately it just says "No information can be given at this time" meaning they haven't actually given me any reason as to why I was suspended.

Can I get an answer as to why I was immediately banned from a singleplayer game (Road 96) when I wasn't even communicating with anyone?

I have always chosen my words so as not to offend anyone.

More to the point, I never got any notice of breaking the rules and it wasn't until the second year since I created my account that I was immediately banned without recourse. They didn't even send a message to my email about the lockdown being applied. I appealed: for what? It's not enough that no one answered me, they haven't yet given specific reasons why the account was permanently blocked, instead of being suspended for a certain period of time. How can I find out exactly why I was permanently banned when nothing is displayed on the xbox site?
