why does Xbox Game Bar mess everything up?

cant open the xbox app cause some process in the game bar will not allow it and the same with my RIOT client and its games, as long as the stupid game bar is operating no games function to the point they just sit there loading forever. Can not uninstall to reinstall cause it is built into windows and I am not going to repair it every dang time I want to play a game with my kid. This is a great reason to NOT use PC and to go to Apple who I have always hated, but at least I can pay them a dollar to use my **** rather than the unpredictability of PC

everything is up to date except my video card that I am waiting a week before updating, due to known issues with the update.

You have tried this: Delete game > Clear system cache > Restart console > Redownload. Have you tried downloading it to a different storage device (new HDD or USB device)?

Can you try reinstalling the game to the hard drive? If it becomes more of a problem I would contact Customer Support.

I tried with every game but Dead space so I guess ill call.

No, none. You really won't listen.

It is not a connection issue. It is an issue where GAME BAR does not properly resolve the steam link. This is a game bar issue, probably in the registry. Unlike my former windows 10 machine, there is no xboxlive registry entry for sea of thieves, and I do not know why this is.

The accounts are linked. The game works. The game bar works. Everything works, except this message pops up when I try to use game bar to join game or accept an invite. I can play Sea of Thieves online via xbox services on steam. THAT WORKS. But the game bar does not resolve join/accept protocols properly.

If you are not equipped to troubleshoot this level of technical issue, GET SOMEONE ELSE!

PS. on windows 11 support for Xbox Console Companion is ending THIS MONTH. It is already delisted from the main store. Everything connection wise is fine and you keep insisting it is a connection issue.
