Why does Xbox even allow for profanity bans if it has a built in filter for it?

I Totally understand and feel this for games which might be played by a younger audience but if those Bans are pushed on ppl because they used profanity in a game chat of a M rated game like GTA V Online this is ridiculous.

The ratings only apply to the single player portion of games.

When online everything you do has to follow Xbox Live's rules.

Yeah Sure. I have to See it this way. I cant even repeat lines of the game in open comms. And then I have to check on priorities. To I prefer to have open comms according to rules of MS or do I refuse and just behave like I think whats appropiate and choose different channels. I am not planing to troll or insult other random encounters but I really do Like to express my feelings and how I feel in that Situation without applying to some social rules on the lowest common divider. Thank you. That offer is really not even negioable

I belive its xbox terms of service law for protection on under aged users, its also has to go along with the laws on the country.
