Why does when I full screen on a game, my screen/mouse randomly flick or move to another...

The game that I play are the shooting games, it just happens every shooting game I play not other games. The games that need full screen, needed the mouse to move, the mouse is in the screen and is invisible and the mouse is moving the screen, games like that happened to my screen/mouse randomly flick or move to another direction.

It happened since I started to play games.

By the way, these shooting games are all downloaded from a specific store? (For example Steam) or no matter the store, happens the same as soon as you enter to the full screen

Is this happening with all your games or only with a specific games?
If it’s the second, what game is this?
When this started to happen? Since you started to play games or do you know if your laptop received an update recently?

And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

I still want to use the same laptop though, and when I clean boot or any of the option, later it still happens
