Why does this Xbox insist that I am in the United Kingdom and give me no option to change it??

I purchased it in the US of course at a retail store. But I've found where I can change everything finally.

It took me about 30 seconds once I went on YouTube to solve this problem.

I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

How to change the country or region
Sign in to your Microsoft account and select your information.
Select Edit Profile Information.
Update information in Country or region, State, Zip Code, or Time Zone, as appropriate.
Select Save.
Sign in and review your Xbox profile information.

Review the information about moving your Xbox region, then select Next.
Under Select the region you are moving the account to, select the region from the drop-down box.
Select I accept.
Note You may not receive a confirmation notification, but your account will be migrated.

It would be a good option, personally I was not very affected it was a matter of a couple of hours getting used to it, but if it gives a special touch that changes since it is in the United Kingdom
