    Why does the Xbox support page not load?


    I am trying to enable multiplayer on minecraft, so that I can play with with my friends, but when I open up Xbox support, it leaves me with a blank screen with a loading Xbox logo. I think it is very annoying that I can't play multiplayer because the Xbox website won't load. Please help with this so that I can play with my friends.

    Have you tried accessing the privacy settings page https://account.xbox.com/Settings on a different device or internet browser?

    Is your account an adult or child or part of a family group? Check it on https://family.microsoft.com/

    When you say you're trying to enable multiplayer in Minecraft, are you trying to access your privacy settings and can't?

    Are you also trying to contact support, and you're going to have some kind of error?
