why does the xbox one guide for tv keep losing the channel line up.

I did check out that link. That was one of the first thing I did when it happen. I searched Xbox support for the problem and found that one there about the guide. The issue started happening last night. when it happens there is a message on screen that
says the guide has lost its channel line up. No codes just the option to reset the line up yes or no. I have done the troubleshooting in the section of the settings for the guide. Under TV & OneGuide. it tells you to clear the cache and clear data. I did that
and reset the line like it was the first time. went back to the home dashboard and clicked on the OneGuide app and it asked me to set up the channel line, which I had just done. Since I have done it seems to be working like it should. I have had the cable
setup since day one on this Xbox and have had no issues till last night.

If you are still enrolled in the insider program, when you do a reset it will update again to the updates in the insider program. You can go to the

Insider forum on reddit and see if this is a known issue with the updates the program receives.

I was signed up to be an insider but had a problem with the console and reset to factory like it was new. That was a few month's ago. I did a hard reset today.
