Why does the xbox game bar constantly say low battery?

So as of Dec 2022 still same issue. Just bought controller yesterday...

Controller has newest update. Batteries say low. Doesn't stay connected

2. Can you please provide a photo where it says, "low battery"?
   
3. Is this happening if you try to connect your controller to another pc?

Same problem here...

Xbox x series controller with xbox wireless adapter for windows 10 version 2.

Device manager shows xinput compatible device and also at bluetooth and other devices.

There is no battery indicator shows, only at the game bar.

The game bar unfortunately only shows the words: low - medium and full and no percentage.

It's really ****.

Xbox team and Microsoft are working to improve Xbox constantly. Xbox 360 games are still backwards compatible. Check your internet connection to see if that's why your speeds are low.

Does the light even flash when the battery is getting low?
