Why does the Xbox app reset to 100 percent volume when I sleep or restart my computer?

As of the restart the Xbox App seems to be loading forever on the "Launching the Xbox App" screen and the Sign in white screen continues on the Game Bar even after resetting the MS store and resigning in to it.

Meaning that as of right now the only temporary fix is to reset Both the Xbox App and Game Bar everytime it first opens after it crashes (as it often does) or when I restart the computer. Which is quite a hassle because it resets the layout of the widgets and all the sound settings I change within it

I've restarted the console by keeping apps and games but still nothing I've restarted the echo dot generation 3 still nothing I reset the tv still othing all its says is its multting but no mute on screen I say volume up its says putting volume up but no volume bar as I order xbox to turn off TV stays on. but toggle in TV settings is switch on when xbox comes on and off the TV doesn'tturn on or off when xbox goes on or off its like to say it is but nothing happens but I can tell xbox to.open and close apps and quit apps but TV doesn't wanna know any volume voice commands or turn on or off when commanded

have you tried starting a party and go into that party and checking your audio settings. i reckon you have scrolled all your game volume to mute and party chat 100 percent on the volume bar

gamebar sometimes resets the volume you set when starting a game, drives me nuts that why i removed it. as you can manually set app volumes within gamebar.

I have reset the abox app and game, reinstated the game and I'm going to try reinstrting the xbox app. This is for empire of sin as that's wants instated. However when I restart the computer sometime the games don't show and have to reset the xbox app.
