I think you are being unfair.

Being from Ireland, I miss out on a lot of promotions from America AND the UK not to mention various apps and some dlc.

I, however, got a specializaion code using the method mentioned by Hassassinade by preordering it.

Fact is, you will have to wait for the specializations to be made available to everyone in the coming months when 343 decide to if you did not avail of the other options that you could have taken advantage of (purchasing the limited edition copy or preordering
from selected retailers).

This has nothing to do with not caring, nor is it appalling. Promotions are regionally restricted, and they do their best to make sure everyone is included.

As far as I know certain UK stores were offering the specializations bundled with the standard edition preorder of the game. That was something only offered to American customers and other regions only by ordering the Limited Edition of the game. Looked something
like the picture below.




There's some promotions that Americans and other regions get left out of where only folks in the United Kingdom get access to. It's how the world works, not everything is available everywhere at the same time, or at all for that matter.

In your specific situation, these specializations will be made available to all users in the coming months. There's no set date just yet.

Sadly, that is true. If you read the "fine" print of the deal: the specialization are only available to United States, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and India.

It would appear the codes are only sent to Gamers from the aforementioned countries.

Custom gamerpics have been temporarily disabled by Xbox Support, it's due to the large volume of concurrent users on the service.
