Why does the xbox 360 xbox Live connection test not working for me

Nvm it was just a server problem its working now

When you do a connection test on the Xbox 360 in the network settings, does it give you an error message with a reason why it couldn't connect to Xbox Live?

Does the graph at the bottom of the test showing the green dots at least go to the Internet part?

Yes it's quite annoying, it does work after a while, but I have no idea why. I have 10 months xbox live, of which it looks like I'll spend a month of it testing my connection!
