Why does the site not show all my games/achievements?

As the title says, this site does not show a good chunk of the games I have played and have achievements in. Why is this?

Basic Xbox One stuff still ignored

<- You see my xb avatar box over there? Given that the xb1 has been out for over a year, why in the world does it still only show my latest played Xbox 360 games. It took ages for xbox one games to show up on the xbox site, not sure why the won't show
up over there. Shoot, even sites like true achievements have found ways to registered recently played xbox one games, but MS hasn't?

 

Adding a Child to your account

last week I bought an Xbox1S for my daughter. I went to my accounts and said add child. It does not appear on the xbox web site that she is one of my children. It does however show my son as one of my children. Confused, why did I select add a child
and yet it does not show up?

 

Still awaiting a reply...... some support forum.

Its not just you, they are missing for everyone.

I have several of those games and they don`t ever show on my profile either.

 

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom doesn't show up for me lol

 

Been another 2 months since I posted this 4 Months total no fix no proper reply.

Is anything going to get done about this? or are the support staff and tech team just getting lazy?

 

This is a known issue. Almost all my Japanese games did not show up.
