Why does the series x switch off

Trying to play warzone and the piece of rubbish switches off saying to protect from overheating, even though it's in a well ventilated area on a solid surface with no restriction to airflow. I routinely vacuum the vents and surrounding areas, I've been through tech support, followed the changes they suggested, then I unistalled and reinstalled the game and still the same thing happens. It's only 2 and a half years old.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

1. Since you already made it sure that your console is in a well-ventilated area and that there are no obstructions to the airflow. Try moving your console to a different place and see if issue persists.

2. Check the fan to make sure that it is functioning properly. You can do this by listening for any unusual noises or vibrations.

3. If you suspect that there may be a buildup of dust or debris inside the console, you can try using compressed air to blow out any dust or debris that may be blocking the vents.

It says "Optimized for series X/S. IT should say "Only for series X/S. Why does Microsoft try to hide this with a little red circle popup note "not playable on this device" If it's not playable then keep it off my Game Pass ultimate and store

that I pay $16.99 monthly for.

No, it detects it. 🙂

series x has disc drive and the series s does not

smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.
