Why does the quest section not update/work?

Every time I try to check my quest progress it does not show up. I have also completed all the super talented and still have not received my ward.

I paid alot of money for this and the console it should need an update as the game should already have the updated gameplay!!

And why is there 3 different sections on this form for xbox one?

Why isnt your newest console primary section

 

Why does the Digital Download section suck?

Erm my point was they don't support it well...

Their first party is pretty lack luster for one thing, Nintendo and Sony have the measure on them here. You'd at least think they'd have the digital stuff day and date, either ODST or Reach still isn't on the store when I checked and nor is Forza.

Maybe if I complain and enough other people do they'll change :\ Why shouldn't I complain? Just like I don't play online games on the 360 whenever I've played games on it in the past because I shouldn't have to pay extra to play games I've already bought,
especially when most are hosted by other peoples 360s.

I have no idea what the last part means...
