Why does the game think i dont have xbox live?

I currently have box live gold. Got a 3 month card about a month ago. When I try to lunch my game (neverwinter) it pops up telling me to buy Xbox live gold when already have it. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I don't know what else
to do and this is very frustrating.

Why i dont have the achievements?

In the game of Windows 10 "Fallout shelter" i dont have the achievements, and the progress of the achievement is 0. Something I can do?

Xbox live support is supposed to be calling me soon. Also under my subscriptions section on my Xbox the 3 month of gold does have a exclamation point inside a triangle symbol. I don't know what is going on but assumed Xbox had fixed it when the Xbox support
site was no longer saying problems were occuring.

 

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

 

Will this delete my save game data or just remove the account?

 

I'm having the same problem, i just reupped my Gold sub with a 12 month card like 2 weeks ago and now I'm locked out of multiplayer for every game. I can download the free games-with-gold game, and my sub shows good until 10-5-2019 but no multiplayer.
I'm supposed to get a call from support but the wait time is 150+ minutes (insanely ridiculous btw)

 

I am having this same issue. I hve done multiple resets and removed my account twice now with no luck. My xbox live is good till july of 2019!! I jsut downloded the two free gold games so it knows I am active but I dont get the “free” price when I click
on the free xbox 360 game (star wars 3).
