    Why does the Game Pass mobile app not count the log in to the game pass mobile app quest...


    Why does the Game Pass mobile app not count the log in to the game pass mobile app quest anymore? This has worked up until yesterday. I have tried uninstalling the app, signing in and out or the app, and I have refreshed the app more than I would like to admit. I know it is only 5 points but that adds up after a while and I would like to stay a Microsoft customer and the points help keep my business.

    Xbox game pass quests not unlocking again

    Yep... Dailies just reset. Opening the game pass app on mobile counted instantly. Playing game pass games , still doesn't count for any quests.

    It's the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App and not the Xbox App, it's only available on mobile devices. Here you go: https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/apps/xbox-game-pass-...
    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble redeeming your points. I agree, every little bit counts, especially for doing something as easy as logging in.

    I just checked, and the I am still getting the log-in bonus, so the feature has not been removed.

    Try logging out of the app and logging back in to see if it resolves your issue. And of course, make sure you are logged in to the correct Microsoft Account tied to your Game Pass subscription on both Mobile and/or PC/Console.

    Xbox Gamepass Quests locked??

    On the website it says "Check out current Quests on your Xbox One in the Game Pass section or on your Game Pass mobile app. New Quests added every day." And that the game pass app shows the quests as well.

    The Xbox App doesn't show anything like that. To be able to see Game Pass Quests, Points balanace etc, you need to download the Mobile Game Pass App
