Why does the game gave me error code 0x89245201

I network transferred CoD Cold War from my xbox one to series s that was on disc and now I'm getting this error code and the game won't start, can this be fixed?

I have xbox series s and i just copied this game and i haven't got the any problems and i already purchased the game from the Microsoft Store

Did you only copy one game?
Are you able to play just fine with your other games except COD Warzone?
Do you also own a digital license of the game from your account?

As our basic troubleshooting steps, simply power cycle your console. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it from its power source for few minutes then plug it back in and turn it on again.

You need a license to play the game. Since you own the game on disc, your license is on the disc. Since you can't use the disc on a Series S, you need to purchase the game digitally in order to be able to play it.
