    Ok a player cheats me I report it nothing gets done we have a conversation I tell him he's ruined GTA. No profanity,no abbreviations, or misspelled words to make other words, or any kind of hidden words and I got banned. I swear Xbox enforcement does nothing to cheaters, but what you may not realize is I buy shark cards, that's real money I spend. If someone cheats me, and you let them, your assisting in a theft from me, and I just don't get it. I can't call anyone or get a phone call about it, and now I have a ban initiated by the same player that cheated me, when I used no profanity at all, however I have recently received and reported messages including profanity against me, that have not been taken down. If feels very unbalanced and geared to cater to hackers, and to punish the victim for not liking it. I kind of feel like this player owes me his thumbs.

    As the Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, nor does anybody else around here have access to your Enforcement records, we cannot make a reliable speculation as to
    why you were banned.

    All Enforcement actions are handled on the Xbox Enforcement website. Log on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your suspension history, and submit a case review (if eligible).
    Did you not read a single word I said, it's even my title. I have no history of my 2nd account being punished but I am being punished. So I cannot make a case review with no history of my account being suspended

    I love cheaters crying about anything being unfair. I'm always glad to see another cheater get punished. A heartfelt "Thank You!" to everyone at the Enforcement Team.

    Make sure you're reporting them to Rockstar also. It could be that it's either taking time for the enforcement team to investigate what is going on, or it's something done on Rockstar's servers and the enforcement team can't see it happening. But anytime you send in a report, the enforcement team investigates it.

    Rockstar is responsible for GTA, if you feel someone is cheating,they are the ones who can ban them. You need to report it to them, as they’re the ones who likely can actually prove it, because they’re the ones who control their own servers.

    They have been very aggressive in the past with mass bannings

    Hi Noah, So the way a ban work is the xbox team investigates every report. If you were banned you had to of violated the Xbox Terms of Service in some way. The terms of service or xbox community-standards can be read here at link I have provided. Hope this helps
