Why does nobody want to help me? Problem with Forza Horizon 3

Since July my Forza Horizon 3 Profile is damaged and I tried everything to get it working again. There is NO help from MS support AT ALL and in the latest phone call i spoke with a supervisor who told me that MS support doesn't WANT to help me any more.

OK. I understand.

I explain my problem again in short. Maybe there is a possibility that someone of you can handle this better than the german telephone support.

I bought FH3 in the ULTIMATE edition in November '16 in the MS Shop in Win10. Then I was able to play until July and collected about 500 cars and was about lvl 700. Last Junly i was playing normally and only tried to delete a custom skin in the garage. Suddenly
the game crashed and on my next start it was synchronising my profile and then presented me lvl 1 with 0 cars and money. The next months, I turned to MS support, MS telephone support and ForzaHorizon3 support to get some help. I tried about everything. Only
in FH3 support-Forum there was a support member who tried to help. He reseted my profile and gave me back some of my cars and money. Ok, I was glad to be able to play again but suddenly, after only some days, there was a new error message popping up whenever
I tried to save my profile after for example changing something on my cars. "There are too many files. Delete some files before going on" (something like this. I have a screenshot if this helps). Files? I have no files. The profile is completely online and
i can only press save button... That was about 3 months ago. Ok. I turned to FH3 Forum where the support members told me that this is a known bug and i have to wait if it will eventually be fixed sometime in future... I waited several weeks but there is no
fix and will never be a fix i suppose.... Then i tried to get my money back for this game that is obviously severely damaged and cannot be fixed. I could only use it for about 6 months! MS telephone support didn't help again. In the end they told me that there
is no bug and i cannot get my money back. I cannot play a game that costed me 120EUR because of a bug in the game and i cannot get my money back. That is really sad...

Then I thought, maybe I can play this game again with a kompleteley new profile. I turned to ForzaHorizon3 Forum again and wrote to a support member. He told me how to start the game with a new, empty profile. It really hurt to destroy my old one and lose
all cars and money!!! But I wanted to play this game. Unfortunately the same problem with "too many files" appeared again and this time right from the start. I have only 2 cars and just started the game from 0 and still there is this problem with too many
files?

I really hope that someone of your support team can help me in this case. I only want to play this game again... Thanks for any feedback.

When I turn on Forza Horizon 3 I tightly hangs computer and have to restart. The game does not turn on! I played Foeza Horizon 3 Demo on Windows 10 on medium settings, and the game gave out 40-50 fps. I want you to help me with running the game. Why my game
is not included!? My computer fits the minimum requirements! I fully updated everything , all that you can! I updated the driver,Framework,Windows, etc... Please refund my money for the game! Or to help me with this problem!
