I've been grappling with a persistent issue plaguing my Xbox Series X, a vexing demon that has persisted despite numerous attempts to resolve it through Microsoft's support channels. I've gone through the ritual of resetting my Xbox countless times, patiently waiting for promised updates that were meant to address the problem, only to find myself disappointed.

Even more frustrating, Microsoft took my Xbox out of warranty for investigation, only to return it untouched and unfixed. This infuriating bug extends its reach to both my wireless headset and all of my controllers. Despite the widespread impact, Microsoft remains silent, never acknowledging the prevalence of this issue across their consoles.

In response to this ongoing ordeal, I've taken matters into my own hands by creating a petition urging Microsoft to acknowledge their shortcomings in research and development. I demand a definitive solution, whether it involves recalling consoles for in or out-of-warranty fixes. Microsoft needs to take decisive action to rectify this persisting issue that continues to tarnish their reputation. It's time for them to get their house in order and address this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

In the meantime, you may go ahead and perform the following steps for troubleshooting:



1. Check the cables: Make sure that all the cables connected to your Xbox Series X are securely plugged in. If any of the cables are loose, it can cause the device to disconnect randomly.



2. Update your Xbox Series X: Ensure that your Xbox Series X is running on the latest software update. To check for updates, go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update.



3. Check the power supply: Ensure that your Xbox Series X is connected to a stable power supply. If the power supply is unstable, it can cause the device to disconnect randomly.

It says "Optimized for series X/S. IT should say "Only for series X/S. Why does Microsoft try to hide this with a little red circle popup note "not playable on this device" If it's not playable then keep it off my Game Pass ultimate and store

that I pay $16.99 monthly for.

My xbox has been making me very angry, my xbox keeps randonly disconnecting me from xbox live for no reason, i have unplugged my router it will work and then the connection will come back, ill start a game on any multiplyer and i will get disconnected from
xbox live and itll say "can not find a ip adress"
