Why does my Xbox series S not let me login?

Yes, i own the discs. They were for xbox 1

I can't figure out why I can no longer play them on my xbox series s.

It will not let me play any of them unless I resubscribe to game pass.

So, if it doesn't recognize them as being owned, does that mean that I can no longer play them on the xbox series s console?

Does it mean that I have to repurchase all of them as a digital download?

The only difference between a regular Xbox Series S console and an Xbox Series S Starter Bundle is that the Xbox Series S Starter Bundle includes also 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate, while the regular Xbox Series S does not.

series x has disc drive and the series s does not

smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.

Ok so basicaly i stream directly from my xbox to twitch and currently us a kinect for a webcam, now im wondering as the new xbox series s/x dont support kinect if there is anyway yo link up a webcam of sorts for this does the xbox support this? Please let
me know! (I didnt know what to list this under for category)

The Xbox One does support webcams, so it wouldn't surprise me if the Series X/S might too.
