Why does my Xbox Series S not download anything.

I'm installing Fortnite and it downloads like normal but when it reaches 12.5% it just stops then after a few moments it stops the installation. And when I wanna update the microsoft store or netflix/disney plus it doesn't update AT ALL. But when a small update for minecraft or fall guys comes out it downloads perfectly. Ive unplugged my console for 30 seconds, ive done a soft reset, I canceled the updates and put them back on, i reseted my router, I deleted some games, I changed the DNS. But nothing changed. This is a serious issue that a lot of people are still facing. Please help me.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

series x has disc drive and the series s does not

smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.

Yes, i own the discs. They were for xbox 1

I can't figure out why I can no longer play them on my xbox series s.

It will not let me play any of them unless I resubscribe to game pass.

So, if it doesn't recognize them as being owned, does that mean that I can no longer play them on the xbox series s console?

Does it mean that I have to repurchase all of them as a digital download?

Hi,

The 360 version of GTA V is not backwards compatible with Xbox One or Series X/S. This is why it does not appear on your download list on the new console. You need the Xbox One version.

I worked with my ISP to resolve Double NAT and setup port forwarding. Now, on my Xbox series s, it shows NAT Type open, all the tests are successful, does not show any issues.

Question now remains, why does not the download happen?. Before you suggest power cycles and restarts, already tried those. No luck.
