why does my Xbox series s controller have connectivity issues when I disable night mode?

The controller randomly disconnects and nearly immediately disconnects again once the controller has been turned back on. I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve re paired the controller to the system, I’ve unplugged the Xbox entirely to try and fix this.

Hello again, if this only happens when you disable night mode on your console, and you have already verified that everything is updated, then restart your controller and the console if that does not work the last thing left to do is perform a factory reset on your Xbox console S series. Remember to back up all your data, so you don't lose anything at all.

Does it only do that when you turn off nightmode?

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
