Why does my xbox say i refunded a game that i just bought

Yes it is very weird and the game I tried to refund says "refund failed" it does not say refunded. I noticed that a while ago and just waited if it will fix it self but it didnt and got an email saying my refund was denied. When I checked my xbox library the game I tried refunding was not there anymore and went to the store there it was saying I have to buy it again

Bought an Xbox One X for the first time. Never had Xbox before. Bought the game Anthem (first xbox game ever) and realized after 20 min that i didnt like it. Reauested a refund and was denied. Took the Xbox back to the store for a full refund. My question
is simply, why wouldnt i be able to get a reund for a game that i just bought minutes before? I dont care about the money, its strictly principle.

Hi, I’m struggling to understand how this means I’m at my limit as it doesn’t say what the limit was when I scrolled down to read eligibility, so does this mean the limit is 2 The in game currency that I have bought has not been Used at all so why shouldn’t I be granted a refund?

Hi yes i am .if the console does become damaged because of this would they repair other wise i will ask for a full cash refund or to return the game to where i bought it saying it is not fit for purpose.and why cant any one get it touch with either company's
