Why does my xbox rewards % to an xbox gift card keep resetng.

They love sending me messages everytime i buy something "you are 97% of the way to redeem a 5 dollar giftcard". Like i have been getting points for over 2 YEARS and then when it hits 97% of the way, it resets to 12% of the way to a 5 dollar giftcard. i understand they used to give so many points for purchases and then cut it down by like 1000 % but thats just messed up. give me the 5 dollars i deserve bro :/ Like buying 3 purchases of 1000 vbucks gives me 1%. thats brutally insane to get a 5 dollar card LMAO such a money grab. It says they expire if your afk for 18 months but i have a purchase bascially every month

Phone and chat support don't handle the Rewards programs. That's why they can't see your $10 gift card redemption. You need to contact support for Microsoft Rewards (not regular Xbox support) for help with those codes although keep in mind it does state
that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the codes. They can only be contacted via email which you can find on the redemption page of the Rewards program.

Then why is the XBOX gift card from the microsoft rewards 23000 points and Microsoft store card is 23900 points? What is the difference between those?

Not sure why this keep doing this everytime I buy an gift card that does this to waste my money and not sure I can pay Microsoft from my bank account.I think I'm done buying gift card with the value.

this has nothing to do with Xbox.... this is the "Rewards" tab that I do everyday to collect points for gift cards. Why was that suspended?
