Why does my Xbox one s turn on then says no signal al then turns off

The solutions that Xbox suggest is following these steps

- First of all is move the console to a well-ventilated spot.

- To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

- When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

When I do that nothing comes up on my screen, my monitor has the yellow light on it meaning that its turned off, what it does is turn on, say no signal and turn off.

I appreciate your answer and I completely understand and agree that the xbox one s isnt going to push games to 4k. However, there are plenty of youtube videos showing 4k details all checked with the xbox one s. I can't for the life of me figure out why
mine won't do the same. I can send you a link that I watched several times trying to duplicate what he does. The problem I have, is when turning UHD colore on any hdmi port, it always cuts off the signal. I need to turn off UHD color to see my xbox screen
again.

Here's one thing that I've been thinking about. Some say that the Kinect is part of the system because its where the controller sends it's signal to. But if that's the case, then why does MS say that you can turn off the Kinect if you don't want to use it.
Wouldn't that hinder your controller useless as well?
