Why does my Xbox One S saying error code 0x0000000002000000

When I try to test my network it says “we don’t know what’s wrong” and says error code 0x0000000002000000

When did this issue start to occur?

Please try to clear your Alternate MAC address.
Press the Guide button on your controller, and navigate to System > Settings > Network > Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC address.
Select Clear.
Select Restart.

If it doesn't work, try to connect using a different network. Might as well, perform a power cycle. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

I've not seen this error code before on a console but have done some research on it and see that others have experienced the same issue. I see what you've tried already without any success.

What I would recommend trying from here is a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep your installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves will be safe on the Cloud. If you still have trouble after that try the reset but delete all games and apps and start fresh to see if that works.

While doing the reset, if you're prompted to use the app or bring over previous settings please select No.

the error code is 0x80073cf6 and when I put it into the link it gives me it says that code does not exist. I am on an Xbox One S and it is happening to all of the apps and not the games.

When i try to test my network i get the same error as you did above , any suggestions?
