    Why does my Xbox one keeps disconnecting from the wifi??


    My Xbox keeps disconnecting from my wifi and I don't know what to do.. I restarted the modem, its nothing wrong with the wifi its the console. It disconnects every other hour and the only way I can connect is to factory(?) reset it. Its so annoying. Its been like this for 2 days

    With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

    Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.

    sounds like a router problem , what is the brand and model # of the modem and router you are using ?

    others have had problems with Ubee's , you could try it wired to see if its just a wireless problem or not....you could reset the router to factory defaults and see if that helps ....you will have to forward the ports most likely to get the NAT open ...(or
    give it back to your ISP and get your own modem and router)....
