Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hello Adam, have you tested your console on other electrical outlets, if so and it still acts the same you can try an offline reset but it is not guaranteed to work.

I don't know how old your console is and what model it is, but if it's the old generation, Microsoft no longer has a paid repair service for them, it only exists for Series S/X.
