Why does my Xbox one factory reset itself on boot?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It's a very unusual issue because even if we don't use the Xbox console as long as we're not manually performing the reset.

If you have already performed the factory reset that should to the trick. Did you choose to keep my games and apps or remove everything?

Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.
