Why does my Xbox One crash GTAV without a error code or any message?

Hello! I have a Halo 5 special edition xbox and I want to know why my xbox can no longer play gta 5 (and two other games, but GTA is the most important right now). It will start the game on the loading screen for no longer than 15 seconds, then it crashes
to the dashboard with absolutely no message from the day this started (over 2 years). today I received a copy of the Disc GTAV and I unistalled the digital version, and downloaded "the disc version", it does the same exact thing. Yes, ive restarted the xbox
.. over 50x , yes ive hard reset the xbox. yes ive tried starting the game on all of my accounts. Has anybody ever dealt with this and came out with a new working copy of their game? I have looked for ways to delete my orginal license for the game because
I think it has to do with the actual download file I got or whatever but I have yet to find any way to do that. PLEASE any help other than "restart the xbox, clear reserve space. hard reset" is very much appreciated!

Hello! Thank you for responding. Now, you say to power cycle the console after unistalling the game, what does that do differently than if I were to do it with it installed? I am not questioning your knowledge for being rude, just to have to help myself
in the future with such information. I will surely keep you to your word at 10 times installing, because I have never heard of that and if it takes anywhere near that amount of times, I have lost hope for my current xbox (lifelong xbox gamer here). I cant
keep downloading such a great game just to be disappointed at either a obvious xbox and/or game copy issue. ill be back in maybe 24 hours to tell you how the next installation went. Do you have any contacts for the checking of game files for Microsoft or game
company customers?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issue with a few games launching. Usually when it is only one to a few games. Most times it is the games install. If it was the console it would affect the majority of the games at launch. We
recommend to try and uninstall and reinstall the games again. When you uninstall the game,

power cycle the console. Once the console is back on, then install the game. Personally had to install a game over 10 times for it to work correctly. You can also try a

soft factory reset on the console, in case there are corrupt OS files.

In the meantime we’ll do our best. What screen do you get to before it crashes? Is it the splash screen or does the game load in some and then crash? Or does it do nothing and quit?

The game starts and crashes after the language selection screen without any error message or error code.

Hey GutsherrGans532! We were able to open a handful of rewards in a row without issue. Does this crash happen after a set amount of rewards open? Do you get an error message or code when the game crashes? Post back and let us know!
