Why does my xbox one console keep flickering and making some sort of knocking noise?

Based on the description, you are experiencing strange noise coming from your Xbox One console and will make the power button flashing. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

1. When did the issue start? Is this happening after installing updates?

2. Is this happening when playing games or during startup? If happening when playing games, is it specific game or to all games?

3. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far.

Because. if the OPs' console was like my old one it would shudder on occasion when the disc was spinning, it freaked me out the first time it happened and if it had not been for a post on here I would have been concerned a lot longer that I was, yes all
discs make some noise when spinning but some consoles go the extra mile for some reason.
