Why does my xbox not let me chat in the menuthing

Your NAT is open, check its status by following the steps below.

Why does my xbox dont let me play gta5 online

Ever since Windows 10 My party chat gives me a message "Something went wrong" give it another try if it happens again let us know by going to xbox.com/error help and gives me a code. I put in the code and it says "that code does not exist" WHAT IS GOING
ON WITH XBOX AND THEIR LACK OF HELP?! now I have to call Xbox and waste another hour of my game time to ask why their system is broken. is anyone else getting this party chat problem?

EDIT: why does it take my xbox so long to log on?

in my MS profile it shows the first name and the last name. But in the chat window when I want to enter sujbect to let me chat with the support team, I can not submit as it is not showing last name and neither does it let me enter, since it is an out field
which is disabled for entry.
