Why does my Xbox keep making a weird noise and turning off?

If your console is showing this overheating message and it’s properly ventilated as described in this article:

Seems to be a hardware issue in this case, in your case the best option is open a repair order for your console

My xbox power brick makes a weird noise when i turn it on sometimes and i don't know why someone please help me

The only reason I don't like this is it keeps slightly starling me when I turn it off with my controller and it makes the noise, I always give the console this weird look like whatchu up to, haha.

I wouldn't mind turning it off though, I hate start-up and shutdown noises on anything really, hell I even have a phobia of ringing phones my mobile is always on silent.

My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the
noise but if i turn it off then again in 1hour or 2 then it does it again.
