    Why does my xbox keep freezing?


    So recently my Xbox one has been freezing up and the menus stop functioning. If i factory reset my xbox, it will go back to normal for a few days but then after a while it will suddenly start doing it again. Sometimes it will get stuck signing in and sometimes it will make it past that then it will freeze up. When i try to open settings the screen will change to a solid graay and will just sit there, when i press the xbox button on my controller the screen will darken as if the menu is opening up but the menu won't show up at all. It is getting to the point where i can't use my xbox at all.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, did you also reset the console removing everything? Because if this keeps happening that will be the last resort.

    When trying to access the Xbox Dashboard, your Xbox might be freezing or you might be getting one of these annoying error codes: 0x800705b4 or 80151103. We got this one! Our top people are working hard to fix this issue and get everything back to normal.

    As a work around you can try pulling your hard drive out and booting the xbox. Seems to make it usable until this is resolved.

    I appreciate you letting me know and I apologize but in this case, we may need to get the console repaired. You can check the warranty by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and you can also create a repair order from there.

    Thank you for letting me know and I apologize for the trouble. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? This may cause issues as well.
